Follow the basic negroni pattern of 1 to 1 to 1. The particulars are the specific St. Louis local gin and substituting Aperol for the Campari.
Ingredients
- 1oz - 1220 Origen Barrel Reserve Gin
- 1oz - Aperol
- 1oz - Antica Formula Vermouth
- Splash of Lavender Bitters
- Crushed Ice
- Orange peel
Instructions
- Pour the gin, Aperol, and vermouth into the glass. Splash in Lavender bitters. Mix well. Add crushed ice and garnish with orange peel. Enjoy
