My brother got me hooked on St. Elmo’s Cherry Vanilla Bourbon. Great in Manhattan’s but also adds a whole new level of flavor to a Boulevardier.

Ingredients

• 1oz - St Elmo's Bourbon
• 1oz - Campari
• 1oz - Antica Formula Vermouth
• Splash of Lavender Bitters
• Crushed Ice
• Orange peel

Instructions

1. Pour the bourbon, Aperol, and vermouth into the glass.
2. Splash in Lavender bitters.
3. Mix well.
4. Add crushed ice and garnish with orange peel. Enjoy
